Shipping at Elite Zoanthus
At Elite Zoanthus, we ensure that our corals are packaged and shipped with the utmost care. Each coral is carefully wrapped and sealed to prevent temperature fluctuations and damage, ensuring your purchase remains healthy and vibrant.
Our orders are typically shipped within 24 hours via UPS Express®, including a track & trace code so you can follow your delivery. Please ensure someone is present to receive the package.
In the event of extremely cold or hot conditions that could be harmful to the corals, we will contact you to arrange a safer delivery date. At Elite Zoanthus, we do everything we can to ensure your corals arrive safely and in top quality, so you can enjoy your new Zoanthus species without any worries.
Shipping Policy
Free shipping:
Orders over €225 automatically qualify for free shipping for UPS Express® shipments within the Netherlands.
Postage costs:
Orders under €225 have a flat rate of €19.95 for UPS Express® shipping within the Netherlands.
Orders are picked up by UPS on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays. Packages are shipped the day before your desired delivery date. This means they usually only take 1–2 days to arrive.
We cannot reimburse shipping costs under warranty.
Shipping package contains:
- Sturdy box made of double-thick cardboard
- 2 cm custom-made insulation material
- Shock-absorbing padding
- Heat pack that keeps the corals at the right temperature for 1 to 2 days
- Courier service
- And of course the corals themselves
Weather and safety:
We value the well-being of our corals. In the event of adverse weather conditions on your chosen delivery date, we reserve the right to hold your order and schedule a new delivery date. We will contact you to reschedule the delivery to a safe date.
Public holidays:
We cannot ship on Dutch national holidays. For international holidays, you are responsible for not selecting a shipment on those days. If you do choose such a date, we are not responsible for any delays or DOA if the transport takes longer than 24 hours.
Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for providing a secure and correct shipping address. Please check your address carefully in your order confirmation. Elite Zoanthus is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses and will not issue refunds.
There are areas in Europe that cannot be delivered within 24 hours. It is your responsibility to check whether you live in such a region at https://wwwapps.ups.com/time . If you choose to have your order delivered to a region where delivery takes longer than 24 hours, we cannot be held responsible for claims or DOA.
Liability during transport:
We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages in transit. The shipping company is responsible under all circumstances. We do our best to assist customers in these situations. Shipping costs are not refundable for any reason.
